Shipping

All products on our website are made ready to ship, orders will be shipped 3-5 business days after your order has been confirmed. For local orders, once your package has shipped it will arrive in 1-3 business days while for international orders, your packages will arrive in 14 - 21 business days. Business days are Mondays - Fridays and so orders are not shipped on weekends. Please allow additional days for delivery in the event that your order may be delayed.

Local/Jamaica - Your delivery options are:
1. Zip mailby Jamaica Post - US $3.50
2. Knutsford Express Courier Service - US $4.20
Advisory: You will need to provide identification to collect your packages.

Caribbean & International - Standard shipping starts at US $5.21

Refund and Exchange

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However, if you received: an item that is broken, the wrong order or size, you may contact us within 7 business days to request a refund or have the item(s) exchanged. To start the refund or exchange process email us at cocozuri.ja@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide picture or video evidence of the item being broken, your order being incorrect or your product being the incorrect size. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your order contains multiple items, we will only refund or exchange the item(s) that are broken.

If you receive the wrong order you will get a full refund from us.

Once we’ve received the information requested above, we will inspect the information and let you know if your refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For exchange, items will be shipped to your original shipping address within 3 - 5 business days. If the item to be exchanged is not in stock we will refund the item.
